    Yes, you can change your account type if you want to. You can request to change your account type by contact with your Personal Account Manager.

  • What types of documents do you accept for identity verification?

    Trust Markets accepts ID or Passport to verify client’s identity.

    You can find your login details in the email you received after your registration.

  • Can I change my email or phone number after I registered? If yes, how?

    Yes, you can change your email and phone number after you registered. You can request to change your related information from Profile Information page from Profile section on Secure Client Area.

  • What trading platforms are available?

    Trust Markets offers the MetaTrader 5 on various desktop and mobile devices. You can find more information on our MT5 Platform page.

  • Can I practice trading first?

    Yes, you can practice trading by opening a demo trading account.

  • What is the difference between live and demo accounts?

    You trade in real market conditions, both in the Demo and in the Live trading accounts. The only difference between these two types of account is that in the Demo account you do not use real money.

  • How to add funds to a demo account?

    You can add funds to your demo account by choosing your Demo account and then clicking Add Demo Funds button in the Account Overview section of Secure Client Area.

  • What can cause the closure of my position?

    Positions can be closed by any of the following reasons: margin call, execution of a predefined Stop Order, manual closure.

  • Why can’t I close my position?

    Market could be closed. It is only possible to close a position during the relevant instrument’s trading hours.

  • What is the minimum amount required to start trading?

    There is not any required minimum amount to start trading.

  • How do I deposit funds into my trading account?

    You can make deposit by clicking Deposit Funds from the “Funds” section on the Secure Client Area.

  • How do I withdraw funds from my account?

  • Can I use someone else’s credit card or bank account for deposit/withdrawal?

    No, the name of the sender must match the name used when registering with Trust Markets.

  • Can I transfer funds between multiple trading accounts?

    You can transfer funds between your accounts from the Secure Client Area without any fee.

  • Can I still submit withdrawal or transfer request when I have open positions?

    Yes, but you must have sufficient free margin on your account to cover the withdrawal.

  • Where can I see if my deposit was successful?

    Your deposit status is shown in the 'Funds' tab on Secure Client Area.
